A. Steiner Edelstahl Be- und Verarbeitungs GmbH saved – majority of employees taken over

A. Steiner Edelstahl Be- und Verarbeitungs GmbH, based in Sottrum near Bremen, has been processing individual custom products made of stainless steel since 1992, both for designing living spaces and in the yacht sector.

The company filed for insolvency at the Walsrode District Court in November 2022.

Centuros exclusively supported the insolvency administrator Sebastian Ludolfs (Ludolfs Insolvenzen) in the investor process as part of an M&A process.

Edelstahl Service Gerhard Kubisch GmbH & Co. KG, a specialist in the surface treatment and distribution of stainless steel based in Stuhr, is taking over the business operations of A. Steiner Edelstahl Be- und Verarbeitungs GmbH as part of an asset deal. The successful takeover has secured the majority of jobs.
